What we collect

Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), the topic you pick and the message you write. We receive this only when you press send.

Browser storage: your language choice and your cookie choices, kept in your own browser (localStorage). We cannot read them from our side.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this website today. If we add any, they stay off until you switch them on in Cookie preferences.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

To remember your language and cookie choices. Legal basis: strictly necessary for the site to work as you asked.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who processes it

Only Fusionix staff working on your enquiry read form submissions. The site and our mailbox run on a managed server in Germany (EU). Form messages go from that server's own mail system straight to our mailbox; no third-party form, analytics or email-marketing service receives them.

Card payments, when they exist, will be handled by the payment provider. This website will never store full card numbers.

International transfers

If a provider processes data outside your country, we will use the safeguards the law requires (for example, standard contractual clauses) and name them here once the provider is confirmed.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Enquiries that lead to a contract: for the duration of the contract and the period tax and commercial law requires afterwards.

Browser storage: until you clear it or change your choices.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA and UK GDPR, and US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We limit access to enquiries to the people who need them and use encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the production site.
