Refund and Cancellation Policy

Custom services

Before work starts: you can cancel and receive back any deposit, less costs we have already incurred on your behalf and told you about in writing.

After work starts: you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date, as set out in the proposal. Unused prepaid amounts are refunded.

Ready-made digital downloads

When products go on sale, you will be asked at checkout to agree to immediate access. Where the law allows, that agreement ends the withdrawal period once the download starts. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, we replace it or refund you.

Personalised digital products

Products we adapt to your brief follow the service rules above, because we start work for you before delivery.

Duplicate charges and errors

If you are charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full once we confirm it.

If we cancel

If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we refund what you paid for the undelivered part.

How to ask

Contact us with your order or proposal reference. We reply within five working days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
