You may browse the site and contact us for business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means that overload it, or submit content that is unlawful or not yours to share.

Services

Every service engagement starts with a written proposal or statement of work. It defines scope, deliverables, timing, fees, number of revision rounds, who owns what at the end, and how either side can end the engagement. If the proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal wins.

Work on third-party platforms depends on those platforms' own terms, access and availability. We tell you in the proposal which platforms the work touches.

Digital products

When ready-made resources go on sale, each product page will state what you buy, the file format or access method, the licence and how delivery works. Nothing on this site is on sale yet.

Fees and payment

Fees for services appear in each proposal. Prices for products will appear on the product page before checkout, with the applicable taxes shown.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the type of purchase. They are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy and, for services, in each proposal. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

No guaranteed outcomes

Results from digital and automation work vary with your systems, third-party platforms and how the work is used after hand-over. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, savings, ranking or business result.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design and brand belong to Fusionix. Ownership of client deliverables is set in each proposal. Product licences are set on each product page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the company is registered, shown in the company details below once published. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
